New GA 400 SB Lanes To Open Monday

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the new southbound lanes on US 19/GA 400 between Windward Parkway (Exit 11) and GA 14o/Holcomb Bridge Road (Exit 7) will be open tomorrow (Monday).
