Bus HOV Tragedy - NTSB Says Accidents Are Common

In a follow-up regarding Friday's tragic HOV exit ramp bus accident...

The National Transportation Safety Board's lead investigator stated that accidents are common on the I-75 southbound HOV exit ramp in question.
