Carroll and Polk County Route Signs Added

Thanks yet again to our faithful "man on the road" and avid road photographer John Krakoff (a.k.a. "Smilin' John"), we have new county route sign photos from the western counties of Carroll and Polk.

Just so you know, I hadn't forgotten about "ROADGEEK-CAM!!!" and I'll get the extra south Georgia and north Florida I-75 footage from March produced soon, and once I do, I'll let y'all know.
