Official "Georgia Road Geek" Merchandise

Recently, I created a
"Georgia Road Geek" Store on Zazzle where folks can purchase "officially licensed" merchandise with my logo on it, as you can see below...
NOTE: I don't personally stock any of the items, nor would I collect any info from Zazzle on the people who do purchase them. If any item sells, then Zazzle pays me a very small commission in return for my authorizing them to put "The Georgia Road Geek" logo on the above products. If you do purchase any of the above items, then I thank you for doing so. Realistically speaking, I doubt I'd get rich off this and I intend to keep my day job for a long, long time. After all, this is only a hobby to me.
As you may know from reading several of my blogs, I am an amateur (ham) radio operator (callsign KC4AZO) and I can usually be found talking to my fellow "hams" on the
Atlanta Radio Club's VHF repeater (146.82 MHz) during my afternoon drive up GA 400 to the "home QTH". If you are a "ham" and hear me on the air, then please give me a shout. I'd definitely enjoy "QSOing" (talking) to you.

Sometime in the not-too-distant future, I would like to put together a "road meet" so that I can meet my readers and other roadgeeks "face-to-face". "Road meets" (also called "roadgeek meets") are not too uncommon, as several informal meetings among groups of roadgeeks have occurred in various spots across America (and even one in Canada). The only time such a meet was held in Atlanta was back in
January, 2004. Pete Jenior, a fellow road enthusiast who is currently doing grad school work at
Georgia Tech, has even put together a page showcasing these meets.
Please click here to see. If you are interested in holding a "road meet" here in the Atlanta area, then please let me know by e-mailing
webmaster at georgiaroadgeek dot com. That's it for now. Thanks for stopping by and please come back often.
