This afternoon on my way up Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in Chamblee, I noticed that the Georgia DOT fixed the "TO I-285" sign located at the intersection of PIB and Chamblee Tucker Road. To see what it did look like, please click here.

I didn't have a camera with me (and I wish I did), but the fix was to replace the "right" arrow sign with a "straight ahead" sign. As soon as I can, I'll get a picture for y'all.

I'm going to be busy helping my wife Mary at the Roswell Magnolia Storytelling Festival this weekend (featuring my wife as one of the tellers BTW), so this will be a short blog.

Speaking of my wife, she was recently interviewed on the Sally Jessy Raphael radio show regarding her storytelling and the Roswell festival. To listen to the podcast featuring my wife (around the 17:30 mark), please click here. She was also interviewed by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Please click here to read the article.

As you can tell, I'm quite proud of my wife, who supports my roadgeeking as much as I support her storytelling.
If you happen to be in the Roswell area tonight or tomorrow (Saturday), please stop by the festival and listen to some really great local and national tellers (not to mention my wife, of course).

That's all for now. Thanks for visiting and reading and please come back often.

I'll list another sign "goof," if you will. At the intersection of Old Dixie Road (SR 3/US 19/41) and I-75 South/Upper Riverdale Road. There is overhead signage that reads "US 19/SR 41." The signage should, of course, read "US 19/41."
