Yesterday, as I was going to the I-85/GA 316 area to scout out some areas for the upcoming roadgeek meet next month, I encountered these signs on GA 120 at Parsons Road in North Fulton County...
Normally, one would find such style of reassurance marker suspended above the roadway on overhead wires, but for some reason, the folks who installed them decided to mount them like the standard black-and-white markers.
As for the I-85/GA 316 construction, it seemed like the Boggs Road/Old Norcross Road vicinity provided potentially good places for viewing the construction.
BTW, the "Atlanta Road Meet", which is being organized by Adam Prince of Gribble Nation and "Sure, Why Not?", will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2008 at 12 noon. The participants will meet at the Roadhouse Grill on Sugarloaf Parkway at I-85 in Duluth. After the "meet and greet", the party will continue onto the I-85/GA 316 vicinity to view the interchange reconstruction.
If you are interested in coming or otherwise have any questions, then please let Adam know at aprince27 at gmail dot com. Hopefully, I will be able to make it, and I look forward to meeting in person all those who attend.
That's it for now. Thanks for reading and please visit often.

Yeah, it's pretty cool. Probably, more than likely, without a doubt (lol) an error, but it's cool nonetheless. Reply to this
