Well, folks, the City of Milton finally got mentioned on a big green sign.
If you travel up US 19/GA 400 from Roswell, you will see a new sign for Exit 11 (Windward Parkway/Milton/Alpharetta).
There are more new overhead gantries finally being installed on 400 from Haynes Bridge Road (Exit 9) all the way to McFarland Parkway. Some of the signs are already installed on the scaffolding and all the contractor needs to do is mount them. Hopefully, a few more will be mounted this weekend. As soon as I can, I'll snap some photos for y'all.
Now that the City of Milton got their "props", will the City of Johns Creek get their due? I don't know, but I still say that they need to be mentioned.
BTW, I finally got off my butt and did a new episode of my talkshow on BlogTalkRadio. Here's the episode...
And finally, here's a "shoutout" to fellow roadgeek Billy Riddle of Nashville, TN, who is getting married next weekend (I believe). I wish Billy and his new bride all the best as they start their new life together.
It's getting late and I'm gonna put the ribbons on this blog. Thanks always for reading and please visit often.
P.S. This particular blog will also be available on NorthFulton.com.
