Happy New Year 2009

We have traveled down the infinite highway of time and crossed over from 2008 to 2009, passing 2009's proverbial "Mile 0" at the stroke of midnight.
Overall, my journey along the 2008 stretch of time has been a very good one.
Roadgeekwise, I attended 2 "roadmeets", one here in Atlanta in January and another in Knoxville in October. At both these events, I was honored to finally meet in person several fellow roadgeeks and fellowship with them as we took in the road-related sights during each meet.
I was able to "clinch" more counties in Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina, plus "clinch" more Interstate mileage in Florida and Tennessee. Thanks to the Knoxville trip, I now have just slightly over half of I-75 "clinched" (54.2%).
